I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were basic but clean, with 2 single beds and overlooked the railway terminus. The staff were so helpful and nice, but a bit cold at times. The location was very convenient for transportation, although a bit out of the way. The dining options were very basic considering the Hotel's standard. Overall, it was clean with no issues during check-in or check-out, but some areas could be improved.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were somewhat old-fashioned and not as advertised, they were still decent. The service was great, especially from the lady in the bar, but the mattress in my room definitely needed an upgrade. The location was convenient, especially for business travelers needing reliable transportation. Dining was a bit pricey for what was offered. Overall, it was a mixed experience but served its purpose efficiently.
